The Highline management team is great very helpful and polite with anyone and everything that may occur. The community is friendly, very clean apartment hallways and common areas. The views are the best part about the building in my eyes. Overall I like it and I think you’ll like it as well once you get to know “US” welcome to the community

I’ve been living at The Highline 2 since January 2026 and have absolutely loved it. Carina and Morgan were so helpful during my move in process and have been great answering any questions I have ever since. Maintenance also comes almost always day of a request being submitted and has fixed everything I’ve had issues with. It’s a great building, stays clean, and has a pool and grills that I love using! Couldn’t recommend it more

The property is excellent because they have great management team .They try hard to take care of things that take place on the property !The maintenance crew is amazing !The Highline has a great cleaning crew that keeps the grounds clean they tried to provide a nice living experience. The management team they really care about what's going on in the apartment and if you have something maintenance wise that's going on with your apartment they really try to expedite the work order in a timely matter and I really appreciate that!!

I recently relocated to Omaha from California and have been extremely pleased with my experience at Highline Apartments. The property management team has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I was able to take over an existing lease, and management went above and beyond to help coordinate everything and make the transition smooth. Communication was prompt, questions were answered quickly, and the move-in process was straightforward. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations. It is modern, well maintained, and offers excellent value for the price. I was also pleasantly surprised by the fitness center, which has more equipment than the average apartment gym and may eliminate the need for a separate gym membership altogether. Moving across the country can be stressful, but the staff made the entire experience easy. I would highly recommend Highline Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed community in Omaha.
