The Grant
I’ve lived at The Grant for a while now, and it has been a fantastic experience. The community is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The apartments have modern finishes, spacious layouts, and great amenities that make it feel more like a resort than an apartment complex. I especially love having access to both the indoor and outdoor pools, the fitness center, and the community spaces. What really sets The Grant apart is the staff. The team is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly, and they always go the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome.

Love this place
We’ve truly loved living here. The property is beautiful, luxurious, and genuinely feels like home. Everything is well maintained, and it’s been a great place to live overall. What really stands out, though, is the leasing team—especially Aneesa and Allie. They are consistently kind, professional, and easy to work with. I know they deal with a lot behind the scenes and often receive more complaints than recognition, but they always handle everything with patience and care. Every interaction we’ve had has made us feel heard and taken care of, and they always do their best to help find solutions. It makes a big difference living somewhere where the management team is not only capable, but also genuinely caring. We’re really grateful for the experience here and would absolutely recommend this community.

A Place You Can Call Home
Living here has truly been a blessing. From the day I came for a tour when the community first opened, the property manager, Allie, has been kind, helpful, and responsive. Both Allie and Aneesa genuinely care about their residents, and it shows. What I love most about this community is the sense of home it provides. The property is always clean and well-maintained, thanks to the dedicated cleaning staff, and the common areas are fresh, welcoming, and beautifully cared for.
