Pacific Heights

This is a beatiful brand-new condo, it has never been lived in before, It is fully furnished including Beds, Bedding, tables, TV in the living room, full utensils, bowls/kitchenware etc. It has everything you should need! Move in ready, If you... brought your clothes and personal belongings should not need anything else!

It has a balcony looking towards downtown. New LG appliances, washer drier. Oven, Microwave, Dishwashe, Refrigerator.. Gas Stove with hood vent. Large center island.

Their is indoor parking available. The building is secure entry only with FOB needed to get in the front door and security system throughout the building.

The condo is on the second floor, their is an elevator aswell as a starwell.

The condo is 1.7 Miles from Creighton. You would still want to drive, bike, or scooter to school It is to far to walk regularly in my opinion. It is walking distance to downtown and the old market aswell as all of tenth street!

Wifi and Utilities are not included. This Unit Comes with for now 1 indoor parking space is ncluded in rent, their is ample street parking aswell. If you want another indoor parking spot let me know and we can work somthing out! We are very reasonable to deal with, I went to creighton and this is a great spot in my opinion as far as off campus housing goes!
