Our [ASU student] move-in special, for Stem/high GPA/ third-year and above, is only $247 for each student total move-in, 2 private rooms, including first month rent. Additional $300 Sec Dep for available WashDryInApt. All applicants must pay a $35 app fee per person prior to final approval.
