To be considered, each application must include: Two (2) most recent pay stubs or other acceptable proof of income. Income documentation must be submitted within 24 hours of the application. Applications missing required documentation after 24 hours will be canceled, and we will proceed with other applicants.
Complete applications are processed in the order they are received.
If your application is approved, a security deposit must be paid within 36 hours to secure the home. If the deposit is not received within that timeframe, the approval will be canceled and the home will be made available to other qualified applicants.
